To do this, we approach things a little differently to the Joneses, by relying on our integrated (D.O)ᵛᵉ process. Firstly we design, optimise and document with intent to perform; then we verify that as-built reality matches our vision; and finally we stay in touch after you move in and guide you to enjoy the best of your new home.
Bayside Bungalow
Designed by Homeworks, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, dual living family home in Bayside is a delight.
Having lived in period homes in the past, our clients (a young and growing family) wanted a home full of natural light, with modern functional spaces, that is connected with the outdoors and crafted with intent.
We designed their home to retain, renew and celebrate the original Californian Bungalow, while providing a modern functional open plan living space integrated with the rear entertaining areas. The playful small triangular north facing window above the kitchen fills the space with light and echoes the dramatic rear glazing.
We provided distinct living and sleeping areas, together with multi-functional spaces to facilitate their lifestyle and provide flexibility as the family grows.
