Our Process

Preliminaries.

• There is no cost and no obligation for the preliminaries
• Firstly, we'll talk about your project
• All going well, we will meet on-site and discuss your project vision, opportunities, challenges and broad costs. 

Design Phase.

• Initial design concept developed and then reviewed with you. Revised as necessary until you are happy and we can lock in a design
• Planning Permit Documentation and Submission (if required)

Technical Phase.

• Detailed technical plans and details drawn up for construction
• Coordination of other consultants & products as required (land survey, soil testing, engineering, energy ratings, etc)
• Building Permit documentation and submission (if required)

Construction Phase

• We can administer the building contract, and be your representative on site to monitor quality and construction progress.
